Schedule A Program
1. Select a program to fit your needs.
Need help meeting a science standard for a school program? Call 651-464-3993 or e-mail wscinfo@wildlifesciencecenter.org to discuss program content.
Contact us at least two weeks ahead. Please be ready with:
- Program date and time
- Program name
- Number of students and grade
- Special needs
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
- School, group, or organization information
- How you heard about us
Field trip costs
$100.00 minimum for a 1 hour program
$125.00 minimum for a 2 hour program
$150.00 minimum for a 3 hour program
$170.00 minimum for a 4+ hour program
$170.00 minimum for a 2½ hour bonfire program
$350.00 minimum for an overnight program, 7pm-10am (Please bring your own food)
Minimum: 10 people for all programs
Maximum: The sky is the limit!
3. Get ready for your trip.
Chaperones. We ask for 1 adult for every 20 students.
Wildlife Science Center Rules:
Please go over proper behavior for a field trip. Remember, your experience includes wild animals that need a relatively calm and quiet atmosphere to be comfortable. Our programs occur during all weather conditions, so please plan ahead!!
4. Arrive at The Wildlife Science Center.
- Give WSC directions to your bus driver
- Check in at the front desk to pay program fee (we accept cash, check, or credit card)
5. Explore. . . touch. . . investigate. . . learn. . . ask. . . and have fun!
6. Please make all efforts to pay at the time of service.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled program or a cancellation fee of half the program cost will be charged.
