Harvest Howl

Join us for this unique annual event featuring autumn family fun among the wolves, raptors, bears, cougars and other resident wild ​animals. Enjoy educational demonstrations, shop with local artisans ​and vendors ​selling their wares, and get a great meal from Las Twins Mexican Cuisine​! OMNI Brewery & Taproom will be on-site providing adult beverages. Presentations include Remarkable Reptiles, Working Dog Pack and Raptors of the Great Lakes Region . All event proceeds benefit the Wildlife Science Center. Have fun and help fund raise for a great cause!

Kids 4 years old and under are free!

Dogs on a leash are welcome.

Tickets can also be purchased at the door (credit card or cash). Note that we are not able to provide change if paying in cash. Please plan on bring exact change, or consider donating the few extra dollars! We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Las Twins Mexican Cuisine: Food truck serving delicious Tacos, Burritos, and Tortas and Alambres

  • Amanda Kocurek Pottery: Functional and decorative pottery. Cups, mugs, bowls, trays, dog bowls, animal figurines, magnets, ornaments, etc.

  • Asleep at the Wheel Pottery: Stoneware and porcelain pottery, wall decor and translucent porcelain table and pendant lamps and shades. 

  • Carnelian Kitty Creations: Homemade jewelry, bone art, sewn products, home decor and paintings

  • Cherryhill Alpacas: Primarily alpaca socks, mittens, gloves and hats.

  • Cheryl's Art Photography: Nature and wildlife photographer specializing in MN scenes and animals...including some of the wolves at the Wildlife Science Center. I have prints on a variety of media including metal, acrylic, canvas, as well as standard photo paper.

  • Fleece Creations By Diane: Handmade Fleece scarves and vests, plus handmade fabric pumpkins, wine bottle vests, table runners,  table toppers, and Christmas stockings

  • Matty's Heart & Soul Animal Rescue: MHSAR is a 501c3 non-profit organization solely run by volunteers. We are 100% foster based! We will have some adoptable dogs with us as well as some great items for sale with proceeds going to our vetting fund!

  • Minnetina: Laser cut and engraved items.  Ornaments and home decor including welcome signs, coasters, holiday decorations and layered dog and cat ornaments that can be personalized onsite.

  • Molded Magic: Handmade clay and beaded jewelry.

  • Renewal by Andersen - Twin Cities: Full service window and door replacement

  • Rock On: Mandala rocks and votive. Christmas  ornaments

  • Six Paca Acres: Items handmade from alpaca fiber. Hats, scarves, ear bands, rugs, wall hangings, purses.  Wool jackets, hats

  • stewARTdezigns: Paintings, photo card packs, key chains and tins

  • The Geek Boutique: Vintage up cycled cryptid themed flannels

  • This Hippie Life!: I make all-natural bath and body products including body butter, body scrub, shower steamers, foot balm, and various herbal balms and salves. I am also a registered cottage foods baker specializing in cinnamon rolls and decorated cookies and cupcakes.

  • Timber & Co: Handmade Dog Bandanas, Bow Ties, Poop Bag Holders, Embroidered Sweatshirts, Belt Bags, Beanies, T-shirts, Tote Bags, Stickers, Decals, Keychains, Scrunchies, and Hats.

  • Working Dog Pack: Information about working dogs and their relationship to herds, flocks, and wildlife.  Suggestions for how to do your homework before choosing a canine companion.
