Winter Festival-Dog Sled


February 16th, 2013

Discover the world of the dog sledder during a day of winter fun. Meet real “mushers” and their dog teams.  Learn the about skijoring, cross country skiing with your dog, while surrounded by the Wildlife Science Center’s resident wolf packs. Vendors and local experts demonstrate equipment and techniques. Bring your leashed dog along for the fun. This event takes place with or without snow.

Dog sled rides during the day – an additional $5 fee will be charged.
